Terms of use

Rules for using Meditrust Social and its connection to AI assistants.

1. Service and publisher

Meditrust Social, provided by IHT Consulting, lets you manage Google Business Profile reviews and posts through Social or an assistant supporting MCP and OAuth. These terms cover that service. Specific terms accepted when subscribing govern billing.

2. Access and authorized accounts

You need a Meditrust account, the required MediSocial access and sufficient Google permissions for the selected profile. A main account can use its profile and those of its authorized direct child accounts within its Social access.

You are responsible for protecting your account and the legitimacy of access you grant. Use only accounts and profiles you are authorized to manage.

3. Actions through an AI assistant

Connecting an assistant authorizes the Social functions described in the consent screen. The assistant presents accessible accounts and asks you to choose a target when there are multiple options. Every review reply and post must be reviewed and approved in the assistant before it is sent.

Check the proposed text, image, profile and time, including AI-generated content. Features may be added within the existing authorized scope; access to a new domain or new permissions requires appropriate authorization.

Availability depends on your assistant’s support for MCP and OAuth. Its own terms also apply to your use of it.

4. Content and Google publication

You retain your rights in content you provide and authorize its processing and transmission to Google to carry out your requests. You must have the necessary rights to text and images and comply with applicable law and Google Business Profile policies.

Posts and replies published on Google may become public. Avoid private information, health data and content that is misleading or infringes others’ rights.

Google determines acceptance, status and display of publications. Sending a post does not guarantee immediate display or search ranking results. If the outcome is uncertain, check Google history before submitting the action again.

5. Subscription and cancellation

Amounts, billing period, any trial conditions and tax are displayed before subscription. Stripe processes payments. Access to functions depends on your subscription status.

You can view available actions in Social’s Subscription screen and the billing portal it offers. Cancellation takes effect as described in that flow. Canceling MediSocial does not automatically delete your Meditrust account or content already published on Google.

6. Revocation and data deletion

You can revoke an AI connection from Social and withdraw Google authorizations in your Google account settings. This stops future access; data and content already received by third parties are subject to their own rules.

To delete your account, contact support. After the request and scope are verified, personal Social data is deleted within 30 days, subject to records that must be retained by law. The privacy policy describes data and retention.

7. Availability and service use

The service may be affected by maintenance, API limits, permissions and changes by third-party providers. We handle reported incidents and may restrict abusive or unauthorized use to protect the service.

Do not bypass access checks or technical limits. Access controls, confirmations and duplicate prevention also apply to MCP calls. The parties’ responsibilities remain subject to the applicable contract and mandatory law.

8. Updates and contact

Functions and these terms may change. Material changes are communicated in the service or by email. For questions about the service or these terms, contact IHT Consulting through Meditrust Social support.
